Had a fab stay for 2 nights! Location was perfect, super close to Paddington and Hyde Park. Staff were so nice. they surprised us by decorating our room for my son's birthday, what a lovely touch! The breakfast was delicious, but the bar area was a bit cramped. Still, overall a great experience!

The Deluxe Double Room provided a contemporary and clean atmosphere with a fantastic shower experience. The gluten-free breakfast was delightful, and the location was ideal, close to lovely dining options. the room size felt a bit cramped, and the staff's uniforms were inconsistent, which slightly detracted from the professionalism.

The staff were helpful, always there when you needed them. The food was great, I mean the breakfast had these delicious custard croissants that were lovely.

The location is superb, with easy access to Paddington Station and nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, always eager to help. Breakfast was delicious with great choices that set me up for the day.

The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a game changer! The location near Hyde Park is perfect for a quick stroll.

our stay at park grand was fantastic! the staff were always friendly and helpful. we loved how close it was to paddington station, just a 5-minute walk. also, the afternoon tea was delightful, especially with the nice touch of having our photo taken. another highlight was the delicious food and surprise bubbly!

If you're after some cracking local eats, the nearby dining spots are gems! Devoured mouthwatering bites at Appennino Pizzeria and had a cheeky brew at Craven Cafe. Plus, can’t fault the stunning bar/lounge area—perfect for chilling post-adventures! Loved the exceptional personalized service from the staff, too. Just all-around fab!

But let’s keep it real—the room was in need of a makeover, no doubt. It was clean but had its quirks, like a rogue dresser that wouldn’t close and a shower that was more like a trickle. Brace yourself for hallway noise, too. earplugs are a must!
